This page provides information regarding the available Aviation ID Support options for Boeing internal users trying to login with a Non-Prod (UAT) Aviation ID account.


Please note:

  • Aviation ID Non-Prod (UAT) support is limited to US business hours only.
  • You must be connected to the Boeing Network to submit a GSEP or STAR request.

Break/fix for non-prod accounts:

If you already have a Non-Production (Dev/Test/Freeze) MyBoeingFleet / Aviation ID account and you are experiencing an issue with accessing your application lower environment, follow the steps below to submit a GSEP ticket to MBF Access Team:

  1. Go to https://boeing.service-now.com/sp?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0029858
  2. Click on Create an Online Ticket
  3. Fill out all the required fields
  4. Attach a full (with the URL bar) screenshot of your error
  5. Click Submit

New or modification to existing non-prod accounts:

If you need to request new or a modification to your existing Non-Production (Dev/Test/Freeze)
MyBoeingFleet / Aviation ID account, follow these Instructions to submit a “MyBoeingFleet – Pre-Production”
STAR request to MBF Access Team.
